WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships with global OEMs, EMS providers and technology companies across AI, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle from market development to RFQ negotiation, coordinating with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure reliable component supply and long-term value for customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or related roles.
• Experience in electronic components or electronics distribution is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive growth.
• Manage the complete sales journey from market development to RFQ management and closing.
• Collaborate with OEMs, EMS providers, engineering and procurement teams to deliver sourcing solutions.
• Help customers navigate supply challenges, including shortages and lifecycle transitions.
