WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships with OEMs, EMS providers and tech companies across AI infrastructure, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors.

You will drive the complete sales journey from market development to closing, working with WIN SOURCE's global sourcing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure continuous supply and value for customers.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B sales or related roles with proven growth.
• Experience in electronic components or electronics supply chains preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness.
• International sales mindset with ownership and global perspective.

• Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive sustainable business growth across assigned markets.
• Manage the complete sales journey, from market development and customer engagement to RFQ management, negotiation and closing.
• Partner with OEMs, EMS providers, engineering and procurement teams to deliver reliable electronic component sourcing solutions.
• Help customers navigate supply chain challenges, including shortages, EOL risks, lifecycle transitions and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with global teams and represent WIN SOURCE at customer meetings and industry events.

About the Role

The International Sales Manager role at WIN SOURCE focuses on building strategic partnerships with global OEMs, EMS providers and technology companies while helping customers solve complex electronic component supply challenges. Working with customers across AI infrastructure, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors, this role helps customers maintain production continuity and support critical programs where reliable component supply is essential. This position plays an important role in supporting customers with component sourcing, shortage management, EOL risk mitigation, BOM optimization and supply continuity solutions through collaboration with WIN SOURCE's global sourcing, procurement and quality teams, and build more resilient supply chains that support innovation across industries.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or related commercial roles, with a proven ability to develop customers and drive business growth.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors, electronics distribution, EMS or manufacturing supply chains is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Passion for international sales and business development, with a proactive mindset, strong ownership and the drive to create long-term value in a global environment.
