Formación
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Experience in electronic components, semiconductors or EMS preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- International sales mindset with global collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive growth across assigned markets.
- Manage the complete sales journey from market development to RFQ, negotiation and closing.
- Partner with OEMs, EMS providers, engineering and procurement teams to deliver sourcing solutions.
- Help customers navigate supply chain challenges including shortages and EOL risks.
- Collaborate with global teams and represent WIN SOURCE at meetings and events.
