This is a high-impact, strategic role taking full ownership of their commercial roadmap across Europe and the wider global markets.

The Role:

• Drive Strategy: Take the lead on international expansion, establishing scalable commercial models across all regions.
• Grow the Portfolio: Lead partnerships, secure complex multi-year enterprise deals, and build repeatable governance frameworks for global rollout.
• Lead Teams: Build, mentor, and govern a high-performing international sales organisation.
• Cross-Functional Focus: Work closely with operations, quality, and medical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
