Bimbo QSR in Madrid is seeking a Global Safety Program Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, reporting, and project support to the Global Safety Manager. You will act as a central link between regions, helping to implement safety initiatives, dashboards, and digital tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a safety, engineering, or related field.
• 1-4 years of administrative support, safety coordination, or reporting experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (oral).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global safety initiatives across BQ regions and track milestones.
• Communicate and follow up on safety projects and action plans.
• Maintain regional updates and prepare management reports.
• Administer global safety platforms, user access, and data quality.
• Coordinate global safety trainings and certification records.
• Organize Global Safety Committee meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Support audits, compliance, self-assessments, and maturity reviews.
