ASafe Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a major data centre campus construction project in Madrid, Spain. You will lead the project-wide H&S Management Plan and coordinate across contractors to drive a zero-harm culture.

You will oversee day-to-day H&S operations, mentor site officers, manage RAMS, audits, safety walks, and ensure compliance with Spanish PRL and ISO 45001. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Health & Safety Manager on large-scale Data Centre / Mission Critical construction projects.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with strong knowledge of PRL, EU requirements and ISO 45001.
• Proven experience leading H&S teams and managing contractors and multicultural construction teams, with RAMS, audits and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project-wide H&S Management Plan and strategy, driving a zero-harm culture across all contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day H&S operations across the campus, including mentoring site H&S officers and advisors and leadership of multiple H&S teams.
• Manage contractor H&S compliance and stakeholder engagement across an international, multicultural workforce.
• Lead risk assessments, RAMS, inspections, audits, safety walks, and incident investigations; implement H&S management systems.
