Job summary

Grupo Bimbo is seeking a Global Safety Program Coordinator to support the global safety strategy, coordinating cross-regional initiatives, reporting, and training administration.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams worldwide. They will oversee safety platforms, dashboards, and documentation while supporting audits and program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Business Administration, Operations Management, Related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in administrative support, safety coordination, operations support, project coordination, or compliance/reporting roles.
• Language: Spanish and English (fluid oral English required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global safety initiatives across all regions and track milestones.
• Consolidate regional updates and provide progress reports to the Global Safety Manager.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reports related to safety performance and incidents.
• Serve as administrator for global safety platforms and reporting tools; manage access and documentation.
• Coordinate global safety training schedules and recordkeeping.
• Organize Global Safety Committee meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Support audits; maintain policies, procedures, and documentation.
