Grupo Bimbo is seeking an Regional Maintenance & Automation Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance and automation for the assigned production line, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, lubrication, troubleshooting, and automation support activities.

You will act as the frontline technical leader for maintenance technicians, drive equipment reliability, plant availability and OEE, and support retrofit, automation, and reliability

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field; higher education applicable for automation scope.
• Advanced knowledge of automation, PLC/SCADA, and industrial networks.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians during the assigned shift or area of responsibility.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance and lubrication activities.
• Verify quality, completion, documentation, and closure of maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance resources, tools and spare parts for scheduled and emergency activities.
• Support rapid response to equipment failures and line interruptions, including root cause investigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, availability and OEE; escalate major issues as needed.
• Support automation retrofit projects and implementation of retrofit plans.
