ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for Growth Markets. You will introduce prospective clients to ADP's leading solutions and guide them through the sales cycle over the phone, building relationships from Fortune 100 to small businesses.

The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales background, strong closing skills, and the drive to exceed quotas. We offer uncapped commission, mentorship, and global growth opportunities.

Formación

• Portfolio of prospects from scratch across multi-country clients.
• B2B sales experience in Large/Enterprise/Global Accounts.
• Outbound prospecting and independent territory management.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
• Ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with strong time and activity management.
• Must be goal-oriented; must reach and exceed quotas.
