Job summary

EY is seeking a Revenue Planning Lead to oversee the Global C&I Revenue Planning Team within Enablement & Technology. You will partner with global and regional leaders to translate EY’s priorities into coordinated revenue plans, focusing on topline growth and governance across Markets, Service Lines, and Growth & Innovation.

You will guide process improvement, manage the team, and drive adoption of advanced technologies to enhance decision support and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification granted in a relevant field.
• 10–12 years of experience leading complex, large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in global transformation programs within sales, commercial, finance or enterprise planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global revenue planning processes and governance.
• Align regional and global priorities with strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable revenue plans.
• Leverage AI and advanced technologies to improve planning efficiency and insights.
• Develop and mentor Revenue Planning team ensuring high performance.
