EcoVadis, Barcelona, is seeking a Frontline Enablement Senior Manager to lead a global team of eight experts and oversee a comprehensive enablement portfolio. You will partner with senior GTM leaders to translate strategy into scalable coaching, programs, and operations that boost seller productivity and manager effectiveness.

This role requires 10+ years in revenue enablement, a proven leadership track, and hands-on experience deploying AI in GTM.

Formación

10+ years in Revenue Enablement or related function
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams
Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders
Experience in global B2B SaaS or technology
Strong revenue methodologies and metrics
Experience deploying AI or automation in GTM context
Fluent professional English; other languages a plus
Willingness to travel internationally

Responsabilidades

Set a vision and lead a global team across Enablement
Partner with GTM leadership to align strategy
Build and scale programs to improve productivity and execution
Define enablement roadmap with high-impact needs
Coach and develop direct reports with accountability
