Job summary

Glovo in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager for Global Retail Partnerships to build performance tools, insights and project structures that empower local and global teams across countries. You will own analytics, design partner dashboards, and lead cross-functional projects with Strategy, Operations, Product and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, internet companies, FMCG or retail.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) and experience with BI tools, SQL.
• Project Management: structure complex projects with independence, manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Tool-Building Mindset: build tools or dashboards that are used daily.
• Business Understanding: solid grasp of retail, FMCG and/or e-commerce models and their revenue drivers.
• Language: professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical engine behind strategic global partnership projects, including Masterplan, Business Plan and Target Setting.
• Dig into partner and category performance to uncover actionable insights for strategy.
• Design and build tools for regional and local teams across multiple countries to succeed.
• Own the Retail Bible and Quick Commerce onboarding materials and keep them up to date.
• Own how the Global Retail team measures success with performance tracking tools.
