Smoore seeks a Senior Retail Manager to own overseas retail end-to-end, translating HQ strategy into locally executable plans and taking full P&L responsibility. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking and frontline execution across multiple markets.

You will build systems and teams, drive data-driven operating rhythms, set store-tiering, manage budgets, and energize the frontline with training and incentives, including travel as required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business English or Business Management.
• 5+ years in overseas retail operations, channel or sales management; experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus.
• Proven P&L ownership with ability to budget, control costs and analyze ROI.
• Strong data instinct to read retail data and drive execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retail P&L for the market, translate HQ targets to country-level KPIs and lead reviews.
• Manage the full budget cycle with ROI tracking and cost-efficiency reviews.
• Build a data-driven rhythm across sell-in, sell-through, conversion and per-store output.
• Set up a standardized store-tiering system and oversee POSM rollout with audits.
• Translate HQ strategy to local execution, ensuring compliant and effective rollout.
• Equip and energize the frontline with training and a competitive incentive structure.
