RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, offers the Global Graduate Programme in Albacete, Spain. This two-year development track provides graduates with meaningful work, professional growth and exposure to multiple areas of the renewable energy industry.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or related engineering/engineering+business
• Strong academic performance (grade average 6.5+ preferred)
• Interest in renewable energy and long-term career development at RES

Responsabilidades

• Complete three rotations (Operations, Commercial, Business Support) across Spain-based teams
• Gain hands-on exposure to core business areas and project work
• Develop skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and problem solving
