RES presents the Global Graduate Programme in Albacete, Spain—a two-year development track designed to provide graduates with meaningful work experience, professional growth, and exposure to different areas of the renewable energy industry.

Over three rotations of about eight months each across Business Finance, Global Business Controlling and Accounting, graduates will gain practical finance skills, stakeholder engagement, and leadership potential while contributing to the business.

Formación

• Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable with Excel and financial systems.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of the renewable energy industry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to multiple rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Rotation 1: Support monthly and quarterly business performance reporting and variance analysis for the South Europe region.
• Rotation 2: Assist with consolidation of data for Global Business Controlling and preparation of management reporting packs.
• Rotation 3: Support Accounting month-end close activities, reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
