RES is offering the Global Graduate Programme in Albacete, Spain. This two-year track provides graduates with meaningful work, professional development and exposure to Operations, Commercial and Business Support functions.

Across three rotations of approximately eight months each, you will work on real projects, own your development and contribute to the business while gaining broad technical and commercial skills in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or related engineering field.
• Strong academic performance (6.5+ average).
• Interest in renewable energy with cross-functional exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Complete three rotations across Operations, Commercial and Business Support.
• Contribute to real projects and own your development.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and travel within Spain.
