RES is offering the Global Graduate Programme in Albacete, Spain. This two-year track provides graduates with meaningful work, professional development and exposure to Operations, Commercial and Business Support functions.

The RES Global Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme designed to provide graduates with meaningful work experience, professional development and exposure to different areas of the renewable energy industry.
Over the course of the programme, graduates will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each across different teams, functions or business areas. Each rotation is designed to build technical capability, commercial awareness and leadership potential while helping graduates develop a broad understanding of RES and the renewable energy industry.
Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues and be encouraged to take ownership of their development while making meaningful contributions to the business. Through a combination of structured learning, practical experience and professional development opportunities, graduates will build the skills and experience needed for a successful long-term career at RES.

This track of the RES Global Graduate Programme is based in Albacete, Spain, within the Service organisation. Through three rotations, graduates will gain broad, hands-on exposure to key areas of the business, including Operations, Commercial, and Business Support functions (such as Supply Chain, HSEQ and Engineering). The programme is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of how the business operates, while developing skills in project and stakeholder management, problem-solving, collaboration and business performance.
Expected to have achieved, or recently completed, a bachelor’s degree in the disciplines below. Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance (a grade average of 6.5 and above is preferred) and a genuine interest in the renewable energy industry.
