Lantek, a leader in software solutions for Industry 4.0, is seeking an experienced R&D Program Manager to drive a strategic international software transformation into a single global Cloud platform. The role coordinates product strategy, development, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program or project management within software environments, strong cross-functional coordination, and expertise in Agile methods.

Formación

• 8+ years managing programs/projects in software or product development.
• Experience coordinating cross-country stakeholders across multiple countries and entities.
• Ability to align business, product, engineering and operations in matrix organizations.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation of multiple solutions into a unified Cloud platform.
• Define program structure, governance, KPIs, and execution roadmap.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering and Business.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and program execution.
• Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
