Descripción de la vacante

Lantek is seeking a strategic Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for the Digital Machine Platform, connecting Lantek’s software portfolio with manufacturing environments. You will guide post-processing, CNC and configuration across a diverse ecosystem, ensuring scalable connectivity and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management with industrial tech know‑how, English fluency, and a track record in CAD/CAM or CNC software.

Formación

Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline.
Strong English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven product management experience in CAD/CAM, CNC, or industrial software.

Responsabilidades

Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Digital Machine Platform.
Lead evolution of post-processing, CNC and machine configuration across a multi-vendor ecosystem.
Manage lifecycle assets for postprocessors and machine-specific assets.
Shape connectivity needed for software to interact with physical equipment and stream machine data to downstream apps.
Facilitate faster onboarding of new machines and controllers while ensuring standardization.
Collaborate with customers, engineering, and partners to translate needs into product priorities.
Define measurable outcomes with engineering and other product teams.
