Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Madrid to support the cost management team with accurate cost estimation, budgeting and procurement for diverse projects, nationally and internationally. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in cost management or QS.
• Experience with Presto, Cost-It, and BIM 5D tools.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Support the preparation and follow up of cost control, tender documentation and procurement processes.
• Work with BIM 5D, Presto, and other digital tools to collect, analyze, and present cost data.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost data is up-to-date and aligned with project objectives.
• Learn and apply company-wide procedures for cost control and reporting.
• Provide support during value engineering and risk analysis exercises.
