AECOM Madrid is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead implementation of BIM technologies across structural, civil, architectural, MEP and rail projects. You will ensure model quality, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and uphold BIM standards.

The role requires hands-on Revit modelling, Navisworks coordination, and collaboration with BIM Managers and Project Managers to deliver projects on time. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture field.
• Hands-on BIM coordination experience and BIM Modeller background.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong Revit expertise and knowledge of Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Dynamo and Python programming.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate BIM activities for structural, civil, architectural, MEP and rail projects.
• Manage and oversee Revit models ensuring quality and compliance.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, BEPs, EIRs and client requirements.
• Coordinate model integration across disciplines and with CDEs.
• Lead clash detection, model reviews and digital coordination processes.
• Support model federation and information exchange between teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers, Design Managers and Project Managers.
• Mentor junior BIM professionals and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support collaboration between local and international project teams.
