You will lead design development, coordinate with structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants, ensure buildability and regulatory compliance, and contribute to innovative, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio submission is mandatory along with your CV.
• Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture.
• Proficiency in BIM-based environments and software.
• Experience in developing construction details and technical solutions.
• Experience delivering projects in Spain with local regulations knowledge.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project development from concept through construction.
• Develop and oversee detailed design packages, specs, and documents.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, sustainability, and consultants for integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Review project documentation and engage in design critiques and client meetings.
