Vanderlande Industries GmbH seeks a QHSE Process Improvement Manager to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of our Target Operating Model across Europe and North America. You will drive cross-functional process improvements, define standard work, and establish KPIs to monitor QHSE performance in a multinational environment.

The role requires strong BPM, project management, and stakeholder skills, with ISO standards knowledge and Six Sigma certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a QHSE or process-improvement discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001.
• Strong BPM and process modelling skills (SIPOC, VSM).
• Proven leadership and cross-functional influence.
• PM skills with timely delivery and risk management.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
