Ventós Group in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead the evolution of Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality across its international operations. You will define the global strategy, harmonize standards, and drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Corporate Operations Director and forms part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, emphasizing transformation rather than maintenance of systems.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' experience in senior EHS & Quality leadership roles within international industrial companies.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals management.
• Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the global EHS & Quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the cultural transformation of EHS & Quality across all operations.
• Harmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability.
• Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
• Lead the global Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and audits.
