Vanderlande seeks an experienced Global QHSE Process Improvement Manager to lead the design, optimization and implementation of the Target Operating Model within our QHSE team. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Project Execution, Procurement, Engineering, and Data Analytics across Europe and North America to drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a QHSE discipline or process improvement; master's preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001.
• Strong BPM methodologies and process modelling tools (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to manage improvement programs and influence at all levels.
• Project management skills: plan, execute, monitor, resources, risk management.
• Facilitator & negotiator to guide decisions and build consensus.
• Analytical thinking; identify gaps and propose efficiency improvements.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and optimization of QHSE capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities; prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Document workflow; define standard work and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for buy-in across value stream.
• Facilitate change management and training for new processes.
• Implement KPIs to monitor performance and report regionally.
• Drive internal audits and corrective actions; update QHSE docs.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of CI initiatives.
• Stay updated on latest QHSE trends and best practices.
