HP Inc. seeks a Global Business Process Engineer to drive process design and optimization across Supply Chain & Operations. You will diagnose existing methodologies, identify improvements, and redesign processes to ensure measurable effectiveness.

You will collaborate with market teams and global colleagues to standardize processes, support automation initiatives, and lead end-to-end projects with governance, while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Experience in business process engineering and optimization within a global context.
• Familiarity with BPM software and process re-design methodologies.
• Knowledge of change management and project governance is a plus.
• Ability to liaise across markets to standardize processes and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs, analyze processes and optimize operations.
• Understand field and channel processes across markets for standardization.
• Bridge communication between market SPOCs and teams like CCC, CC, Supply Chain, IST, Finance.
• Partner with global BPEs and Digital Innovation for automation implementations.
• Redesign and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness and governance.
• Lead end-to-end projects with the correct structure and governance.
