LyondellBasell is seeking a Quality Leadership professional to drive the Global Quality Management System and ensure conformance across regional groups and manufacturing teams.

The role focuses on customer satisfaction, prevention of quality issues, and data‑driven continual improvement initiatives. Strong background in Six Sigma, QMS, and ISO certifications is required, with a hybrid work model in Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality related roles.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in Quality Management for Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams.
• Manage QMS processes, standards, audits, and communications.
• Maintain Quality Policy, Manuals, Risks/Opportunities, and QMS scope.
