Vanderlande Industries GmbH in Spain seeks a Service Contract Manager to drive day-to-day and long-term success of service contracts across Southern Europe. You translate agreements into performance, lead continuous improvement, and ensure customers stay confident in Vanderlande as their service partner.

You will coordinate service delivery, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE to deliver reliable, safe operations in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in service management or contract management.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational delivery of service contracts meeting SLAs and obligations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, resources, and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as primary contact for contract matters.
• Monitor contract performance with KPIs and data to improve efficiency.
• Manage contract budgets including labour, materials, and external costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead retrofit or modernization projects.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
