Centro.team is seeking an experienced Publisher Manager Team Lead to guide a high-performing publishers team, drive growth and new revenue opportunities in a global AdNetwork setting. You will own strategies, mentor peers, and ensure KPI achievement.

You will develop publisher acquisition, build direct partnerships, negotiate deals, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Advertiser Managers. This role offers full remote or Cyprus office and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years as Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing publisher teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM and flat deal models.
• Experience with publisher hunting and direct partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to finding new opportunities.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners.
• Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams.
• Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving.
• Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth.
