Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Working Student to join the Global Fasteners and CParts team in Procurement, Supply Chain, and supplier agreements. You’ll gain hands-on experience in an international setting by collecting and analyzing supplier data, preparing documentation, and supporting corporate procurement reporting.

You’ll assist with Ariba and SAP processes, onboarding, RFQs, and KPI development while contributing to sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reports and presentations.
• Strong motivation, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities; independent and multicultural teamwork.
• Experience with data management tools is a plus; SAP/Ariba knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support processes in Ariba and SAP, including supplier onboarding, qualification, and price updates.
• Manage contract documentation and workflows in Ariba.
• Create and maintain business KPIs and reports to drive decision-making.
• Assist with sourcing activities such as RFQs, e-auctions, and quote analysis in Ariba.
• Help optimize procurement processes and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
