Job summary

Siemens Energy in Madrid is offering a Working Student position in Global Fasteners and CParts, focusing on Procurement, SAP/Ariba processes, and supplier data analytics.

You will collect and analyze supplier data, prepare documentation, and contribute to commodity reports while gaining hands‑on experience in an international setting. Strong Excel skills and English fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for creating reports, presentations, and datasheets.
• Strong motivation, self‑drive, and a keen eye for detail with analytical skills.
• Well‑structured approach with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with data management tools is a plus (AI).
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, in a multicultural, global team.
• Experience with SAP or Ariba is a plus, but motivation to learn is important.

Responsibilities

• Support processes in Ariba and SAP, including supplier onboarding, qualification, and price updates.
• Manage contract documentation and workflows in Ariba.
• Create and maintain business‑relevant KPIs and reports to drive decision‑making.
• Assist with sourcing activities such as RFQs, e‑auctions, and quote analysis in Ariba.
• Help optimize internal procurement processes and contribute to ad‑hoc projects
