Siemens Energy invites a motivated Working Student to join the Global Fasteners and CParts team in an international procurement setting. You will collect and analyze supplier data, support Ariba and SAP processes, and help prepare essential documentation and KPI reports.

This role provides hands-on experience with RFQs, e-auctions, contract documentation, and data-driven decision making, with mentorship and growth opportunities within a leading multinational energy company.

Formación

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Business.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination in a multicultural team.
• Experience with SAP or Ariba is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support processes in Ariba and SAP, including supplier onboarding and price updates.
• Manage contract documentation and workflows in Ariba.
• Create and maintain KPIs and reports to drive decision-making.
• Assist with sourcing activities such as RFQs, e-auctions, and quote analysis in Ariba.
• Help optimize internal procurement processes and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.
