BOBST seeks a Group Purchasing Analyst to drive data coherence across purchasing processes and support SAP data integrity. You will act as the data steward for supplier master data and support RFQ datapacks, P2P inquiries, and spend analytics across Local and Central teams.

Lead data cleaning, contract cleanliness, and ESG-related supplier evaluations while maintaining KPIs and enabling strategic purchasing decisions. English proficiency required; SAP/SRM experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in purchasing, supply chain management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, finance or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and SRM tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

The Group Purchasing analyst drives purchasing data coherence via collaboration, processes application and smart data execution. She/He is supporting purchasing activities on assigned perimeter, and gatekeeper to purchasing data cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for purchasing systems and purchasing data
• Ensure accuracy of SAP data, coordinating data cleaning and update
• Act as entry point for P2P questions and/or training
• Work for the entire purchasing community (Local, Central)
• Provide internal and market analytics to support development of strategy, act as a subject matter expert for spend analysis
• Support purchasing team on administrative tasks
• Keep KPI’s on operational purchasing activities

Key activities

• Secure data coherence in system and owner of key purchasing data as supplier master data
• Maintain SAP Sourcing data (price agreement / SAP contracts)
• Support RFQ process including preparation of RFQ datapack
• Support evaluation of supplier competitive positioning including TCO analysis
• Support suppliers ESG evaluation and contribute to responsible sourcing targets (ESG referring to Environmental, Social and governance)
• Analyze root cause of price discrepancy (Invoice or Order Confirmation)
• Ensure SAP contracts cleanliness
• Resolving daily issues

• Master data management (Price & Source Allocation, Supplier Data)
• Timeliness and accuracy of reporting
• For Indirect: PO Coverage/PO lifecycle/PO after the fact
