Revolut in Spain seeks a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across our investment and trading products within private banking. You will enable innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

Lead product reviews, conduct of private bankers, and ensure internal policy alignment; partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to implement compliant initiatives across a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• Experience in regulatory change management and assessing regulatory impact.
• End-to-end policy, procedure, and control design experience.
• Experience approving financial promotions and client communications in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints and conflicts of interest.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve new initiatives and expansions for compliance alignment.
• Provide strategic guidance to product, operations, and marketing on compliant implementation.
• Oversee compliance in private banking propositions, including reviews and conduct of Private Bankers.
• Reviewing and approving financial promotions and client communications
• Developing and updating global private banking control frameworks to enable safe growth.
