Revolut Mallorca, Spain is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Crypto) to shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across markets. You’ll translate complex regulations into practical, product-ready requirements and partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret regulations within a business context.
• Experience in a bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing tech company, or strategy consultancy.
• Excellent understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on crypto and consumer regulations with Product, Tech, and Growth teams.
• Oversee yield, DeFi and derivative products and related frameworks.
• Support NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented.
• Translate evolving regulation into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities.
• Propose pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining velocity.
