Revolut, a global fintech, is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on client asset protection and safeguarding, and to help establish and monitor related controls. You’ll support with regulatory guidance for products and services and work with risk and governance teams in a fast-moving environment.

Based in La Coruña, Spain, you’ll join the Compliance team to focus on safeguarding and MiFID II requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling scalable product delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in finance, consultancy or regulatory body.
• Strong knowledge of EU Delegated Directive 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding of client asset protection and reconciliations requirements.
• Experience managing control processes in financial services, including front-to-back office trades.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and improve control processes to ensure client asset protection.
• Provide technical safeguarding compliance guidance to business and support teams.
• Interpret and apply safeguarding regulations to products and services.
• Support risk governance and Client Assets Oversight Officer.
• Review client money and custody reconciliations and produce reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to safeguarding compliance.
