Revolut in Spain is seeking a capable Business Compliance Manager to bridge product, regulatory and business needs in the crypto space. You’ll shape how crypto features are launched, scaled and communicated across markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready requirements.

You will partner with Product, Tech, and Growth to ensure regulatory compliance for yields, DeFi and derivative products, review customer communications, and support new launches while maintaining

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Expertise interpreting regulations in a business context.
• Experience in banking, crypto, tech, or consulting.
• Understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee yield, DeFi and derivative products and relevant frameworks.
• Support NIAPs, new product launches and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are clear and defensible.
• Translate evolving regulation into actionable product-ready requirements.
• Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities.
• Propose compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining velocity.
