Ebury Group in Málaga, Spain seeks a Data Privacy Manager to lead and develop the privacy program across the group, ensuring compliance with GDPR and AI Act requirements. You will drive DPIAs, risk assessments, and cross-functional privacy initiatives while guiding analysts.

Reporting to the Head of Data Privacy, you will translate regulatory developments into practical guidance and coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Formación

• 4+ years in data privacy or data protection, with program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business administration, or related field; master’s desirable.
• Expert-level GDPR knowledge; familiarity with global privacy laws and EU AI Act interface.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance privacy program pillars (RoPA, Training & Awareness) in line with AI Act.
• Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments across AI systems.
• Manage cross-functional privacy projects and data processing agreements.
• Oversee Data Breach incident handling and reporting.
