Ebury in Madrid is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager focused on Big Data and AI strategy for Internal Audit. You will lead embedding analytics, data pipelines, and AI governance into the audit lifecycle, working closely with data engineering and analytics leaders.

The role reports to the Group Head of Internal Audit and builds automated monitoring and testing frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment (GDPR, AI Act) and transparent AI usage across enterprise platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI governance, model risk auditing, or data platform auditing within a cloud-native tech or financial services.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, SQL, Snowflake, Spark, AWS S3/Redshift and AI agents (Claude).
• Certifications: CISA or CCAK; Certified Data Scientist / ML Specialist; CIA is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based audits evaluating ML models, AI implementations, and automated decision engines for bias, explainability, and governance.
• Assess compliance with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and internal model risk management frameworks.
• Review Generative AI and LLM deployments for data privacy, prompt security, and IP protection.
• Evaluate controls across Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Data Lakes for data lineage and data quality.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous audit using AI and analytics.
