Allianz Services is seeking a Global Head of Pricing and Transfer Pricing to shape and execute strategic pricing models and policies across the group. The role oversees pricing for €420 million in revenue and collaborates with senior management to ensure compliance and optimal profitability.

The successful candidate will lead a worldwide team, govern pricing standards, and drive efficiency through standardized methods and robust governance across multiple countries and legal entities.

Formación

• Senior experience in pricing and transfer pricing governance across multiple countries
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax regulations
• Proven ability to lead global teams and influence senior executives
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and decision-making capabilities
• Interest in IT and Generative AI considered an asset

Responsabilidades

• Own Pricing Management process and pricing approvals
• Co-decide in Pricing Committee for services below revenue threshold
• Advise EMT, location-heads on pricing and transfer pricing
• Govern all AZ Services locations to ensure compliance with pricing standards
• Design and implement transfer pricing policies with international tax compliance
• Lead a global team of pricing and transfer pricing experts
• Sign off on prices as Pricing Manager with arm's length profit mark-up

Educación

MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA)

10+ years in Pricing/Finance/Tax/Controlling in a multinational
