Allianz Partners is seeking a globally-minded pricing leader to architect the future of RSA (Roadside Assistance) pricing. This role combines deep technical pricing expertise with innovation leadership to drive profitable growth across RSA lines worldwide.

You will work with the RSA Data team to build state-of-the-art rating engines, advance modelling techniques, and connect external data ecosystems, setting the technical direction for pricing RSA risk globally.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in pricing, actuarial, or underwriting in P&C/assistance travel.
• Minimum 3 years leading pricing function with international teams.
• Hands-on experience building rating engines (WTW Radar, Emblem) or similar.
• Experience presenting pricing strategy to CRO and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the global RSA pricing strategy across geographies.
• Lead the end-to-end design of RSA rating engines and modelling.
• Integrate external data sources to enrich pricing models.
• Collaborate with regional underwriting and portfolio management.
• Establish pricing governance and validation protocols.
• Build and coach a high-performance pricing team.
