Job summary

Docplanner seeks a pricing leader to own ARPU targets for the marketplace segment. You’ll diagnose pricing performance, propose fixes, and roll out to countries with clear targets and a weekly cadence. Expect alignment with GTM teams and global pricing governance as you shape pricing strategy for next year.

You’ll design experiments, back decisions with data, and maintain accurate price lists across markets while collaborating with sales and local teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace.
• Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions.
• Thorough with data, backing conclusions with numbers.
• Comfort with ambiguity: know when to stop analyzing and start testing.
• Ability to explain complex numbers simply.

Responsibilities

• Own the ARPU target for the segment and drive pricing moves.
• Spot pricing opportunities across the marketplace and make the case for them.
• Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves.
• Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data.
• Maintain country price lists in internal systems.
