Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an AI Transformation Intern to join its Product Strategy & Sales Support team in Spain. The role supports implementing AI initiatives to optimize processes and drive innovation within the organization.

The intern will maintain the AI roadmap, coordinate initiatives across multiple teams, benchmark industry AI practices, build business cases, and monitor project KPIs and governance standards. Fluency in English is required, and internship willingness is essential.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in Artificial Intelligence and process improvement.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to do an internship.

Responsibilities
