Amaris Consulting in Spain seeks a Project Manager / PM Automation Engineer to lead global automation initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. You will own scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, production and quality.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as PM Automation Engineer or Project Manager in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience managing automation plants (planning, budgeting, risk management, supplier coordination, stakeholder management).
• English at C2 level; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently in Europe and the Americas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of global automation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Own project execution: timeline, budget, resources, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and overall delivery.
• Define/manage project scope, schedule, and objectives per business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers for smooth implementation.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and address issues to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports for global and site stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption of new automation solutions across plants, including travel.
