Amaris Consulting in Spain is seeking a Global Automation Lead for S4G and AI initiatives across pharmaceutical plants. You will drive global automation adoption, define standards, and coordinate PLC/SCADA projects with site teams.

The role requires a degree in automation or related field, 3+ years leading automation for global plants, strong OT/IT integration, English at C2 level, and willingness to travel worldwide; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Automation/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Automation Lead for global plants in pharma or regulated industry.
• Strong hands-on PLC/SCADA and OT/IT integration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation projects from concept to implementation across global plants.
• Define and promote global automation standards, best practices, and governance.
• Act as the global automation lead contact for sites, supporting troubleshooting and optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal quality standards for automation activities.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing, training, and change management for digital transformation.
• Travel worldwide to support implementation and standardization on site.
