Job summary
Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Global Automation Enablement Lead in Spain to drive the global adoption of automation across multiple pharmaceutical plants. You will define standards, govern automation practices, and collaborate with site teams on concept to implementation.
The role requires strong PLC/SCADA and OT/IT integration experience, a track record in automation/digital transformation, and willingness to travel worldwide to support deployment and training.
Qualifications
- Degree in Automation Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years as Automation Lead for global plants.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA and OT/IT integration.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Drive global automation adoption across plants.
- Define global standards, best practices and governance.
- Lead automation projects from concept to implementation.
- Act as global point of contact for automation topics.
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, training and change management.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, production and quality teams.
- Manage timelines, risks and resources; travel worldwide.
