Job summary

FAMAR, a leading European pharmaceutical CDMO, seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager to oversee technology transfer and process development programs. Based in Spain, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive projects from inception to completion.

The role requires at least five years in pharma, a technical degree, and fluent English. You will lead governance, reporting, and risk management while partnering with senior stakeholders in a multinational

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharma sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical studies (Pharma, Engineering, Chemist).
• Languages: Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and process development projects in pharma.
• Execute projects from inception to completion; coordinate experts and report to client.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and project objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary interface with clients, stakeholders, and steering committees.
• Establish and lead project governance with business owners and sponsors.
• Prepare and lead steering committee meetings and executive reviews.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the comprehensive management of technology transfer and process development projects within the pharmaceutical industry.


• Responsible for the complete execution of the project, from inception to completion (communicating with the client and preparing executive reports, coordinating the activities of functional experts to ensure successful execution).


• Ensure alignment between technical execution, functional activities, and overall project objectives.


• Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive measures.


• Serve as the primary interface with clients, executive stakeholders, and steering committees.


• Establish and lead project governance in alignment with business owners and executive sponsors.


• Prepare and lead steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and sponsor updates.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharma sector.


• Bachelor's degree in Technical studies (Pharma, Engineering, Chemist).


• Languages: Advanced English.
