Amaris Consulting is seeking a Global Automation Implementation Project Lead in Barcelona to drive planning, coordination, and execution of global automation projects in the pharmaceutical sector. You will own timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM/automation experience, engineering background, and fluency in English; Spanish and French are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years PM/PM Automation Engineer experience in pharma or life sciences.
• English at C2 level; Spanish and French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of global automation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Own project execution: timeline, budget, resources, risks, suppliers, stakeholders, and overall delivery.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, and objectives per business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers for smooth implementation.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigations as needed.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management and adoption across plants, including on-site work in France and the Americas.
