Job summary

ACK3 is seeking a Head of People & Organization to lead the evolution of our people strategy in a fast-growing, consultancy environment. Based in Alcobendas (Madrid) with a hybrid, part-time commitment, you will design structure, develop managers, implement performance management, and create scalable people processes across international teams.

You will work directly with leadership to align people goals with business growth, build metrics, and ensure our values guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in People / Organization / HR roles, preferably in growth or professionalization environments.
• Demonstrable track record designing structure, performance and team development — not just administering inherited processes.
• The ability to build from scratch, with autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of English (international environment).
• Judgement, integrity and commitment to the project and our values.

Responsibilities

• Build the organization — design structure, roles and bands as the team grows internationally.
• Implement performance management — define objectives, reviews and feedback cycles.
• Develop managers — support team leads in their growth as leaders.
• Design people processes — recruitment, onboarding, development and talent retention.
• Create metrics — define indicators for sound, informed decisions.
• Support growth — anticipate people and structure needs of each new phase.
