ack3 global solutions in Madrid is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the CEO and the leadership team in strategic analysis and business monitoring. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and participation in impactful projects.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, possess strong analytical skills and communicate effectively in English. Opportunities for growth and professional development in a hybrid working environment are provided.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, PMO, strategy, or business analysis.
• C1 English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is valuable.

We are looking to bring on board a Junior Analyst – Strategy & Leadership to directly support the CEO and the leadership team in strategic analysis, business monitoring and the building of corporate capabilities. Your mission: turn information into decisions. You will transform data, meetings, projects and initiatives into analysis, proposals and systems that improve management, accelerate decisions and support ACK3’s growth — with direct exposure to leadership and involvement in projects of international scope.

What you will do

Leadership and executive support

• Prepare executive reports and materials for leadership.
• Draft meeting summaries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate corporate actions and priorities.
• Support planning and decision-making processes.

Strategic intelligence and planning

• Produce strategic analysis to support corporate plans.
• Research markets, sectors and trends.
• Prepare scenarios and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities, risks and early signals.

Governance and monitoring

• Consolidate internal reporting.
• Support KPI tracking.
• Maintain dashboards and executive documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation.

Innovation and transformation

• Support digitalization and AI projects.
• Take part in cross-functional initiatives.
• Document procedures and methodologies.

What we look for

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in final year) in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Political Science, Intelligence, Security, Management or Project Management. We will especially value:

• 0–3 years of experience (consulting, PMO, strategy, business analysis).
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Academic or personal activities showing strong initiative.

We are not necessarily looking for a long track record: we look for potential, analytical ability and a drive to build.

Essential requirements

• English at C1 minimum (spoken and written).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in strategy, business and decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• A second or third language (Arabic, French, Portuguese, Russian or others).
